We are taking this opportunity to change our Call for Proposal process, by also sending out an invitation for panelists to evaluate these proposals. We intend to draw a new group of panelists for each Call for Proposals moving forward. The reasons for this change include:
    • Ensuring that the necessary expertise is available on the panel
    • Increasing inclusivity by rotating panelists, involving more company members in the show selection process

We are looking to assemble a team of five to six people who:
    • Would sit on a panel to evaluate the proposals for Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 shows
    • Would not be part of any teams proposing for these two shows
    • Would compose a panel with the following areas of experience:
      o Music
      o Technical
      o Production
      o Choreography
      o Direction and/or Staging
      o Musicals (the shows themselves)
      o Company History
    • Would be willing to commit the time to research the proposal content, evaluate the proposals, and develop a recommendation to the Board of Directors.

The Call for Proposals for our Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 shows will close on September 29th, 2023, with interviews to take place in early October 2023.
