The Wizard of Oz
Dorothy Gale, unhappy on her drab, sepia-tinted Kansas farm, is knocked
out during a tornado. . .and dreams that she is over the rainbow in the
colourful land of Oz. There she meets the adorable Munchkins and goes off on
the Yellow Brick Road to see the all-powerful Wizard in the Emerald City.
Despite the machinations of the Wicked Witch of the West, Dorothy and her
new friends the Scarecrow, the Tin Woodsman, and the Cowardly Lion complete
the journey only to discover that the Wizard is a fraud. He does, however,
convince the little girl's companions that they already possess the desired
brains, heart and courage, and Dorothy wakes up from her dream convinced
that there's no place like home.
