Join an exciting group of people who love to tweet, post, like, share, and comment! We are the lifeblood behind promoting our company and our productions, and making sure our community knows what we're up to! Do you have an affinity for social media? Need volunteer hours for high school? Like meeting new people and making connections? Believe that print ads are still the way to go? "Anything goes" when it comes to advertising! This might be the committee for you! Contact chairperson Fiona Douglas at if you are interested.

The Resource and Facilities committee was given its own mandate last year having previously been included within the mandate of the Finance and Resource Committee.

The committee mandate is essentially to evaluate company needs for storage space, build space, audition and rehearsal space; to provide recommendations to the Board to meet these needs, and to manage company assets.  Company assets include costumes, props, set pieces, tools, hardware, and other items such as sewing machines, keyboard and amplifier.

In the coming year, the committee expects to be more focused on actively managing our build and costume assets to try to maximize the benefits we get from the space and inventory we have.  We are here to try to facilitate many of the behind-the-scenes activities of rehearsal preparation, build space and storage management along with costume organization.

The current members of the committee Tom Gould and Tyler Livingstone.  We are actively looking for a couple more committee members.  We have a range of tasks, from organizational work to planning and outreach.  We are especially looking for anyone interested in being involved in prop management.  In line with the mandate of the committee, anyone interested in looking into rehearsal space options would be well received!

Please contact Tyler Livingstone or Tom Gould at:

The Artistic Direction Committee is pleased to present a Director's Workshop on Saturday, June 17th at 2pm.  This year we will be expanding our offering.  We will once again be presenting on our suggested approaches to both writing proposals and interviewing, but this year we will also be giving a sneak preview into our 40th Anniversary season plans, and how they might impact your proposal.  This is an excellent opportunity to polish your proposals, gain valuable insights, and network with other like-minded individuals.  Whether you're interested in directing a show, or just getting involved in a production, this will be a great event.

The workshop will be held at 95 Crimea.  Please contact to RSVP or ask any questions

The Call for Proposal will open June 18, right after the Director's Workshop. The Call will be open over the summer, closing September 8. At that point, the Artistic Direction Committee will run interviews, and make their recommendations to the Board of Directors, who will chose the next season's shows.
